Competitors, ages 12-16, prepare a three course buffet style meal from mystery baskets in a timed competition. Class includes instruction on knife skills, measuring and basic cooking techniques. Chef on hand to assist and answer questions during competition. Trophies and prizes awarded.
$125 includes admission for 1 child and 1 adult*. Course includes all food, materials, medal and complimentary glass of wine (for adult)
*adults are present as spectators only and must remain in the cooking school for the entirety of the competition class.
