Everyone seems to love fresh seafood, but why is it so intimidating? We will cover all the bases to make preparing fresh seafood simple and enjoyable, whether it's procured off the boat or from the local grocery store.
We will show you how to identify the best quality, as well as fabrication (cutting) and of course cooking techniques. We will also prepare two of our favorite recipes using fresh local fish.
