Come with us. We’re traveling to Spain through our kitchen to learn how to cook tapas with the flavors and ingredients that make it a favorite destination. We’ll begin with Simple Sangria and cook our way through a number of tapas (or little plates) and finish with dessert. You’ll hone your skills and enjoy plenty of tasting along the way. And we’ll share some stories behind the dishes to give you a taste of the culture, too. Cocktails, wine and beer will be available for purchase at the bar once classwork is concluded.
